The Subject Of The Order Has Established Quality Parameters, Which Are Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Sopz) B) Important Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz) C) List Of Energy Consumption Points (Annex No. 3 To Swz). In The Event Of Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Part Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer: The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And The Contractors Name Of The Subcontractors Companies (If They Are Already Known). This Indication Should Be Included On The Offer Form. If Subcontracting Is Not Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor And Further Subcontractors Only On The Terms Specified In The Contract. Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Relieve The Contractor Of Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Contract.
