5.1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Separation And Management Of Waste In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods, Including Municipal And Domestic Waste, Construction And Demolition Waste, Including Mixed Construction And Demolition Waste, Textiles And Other Waste That May Be Accepted Into The Municipal Installation (Hereinafter Referred To As Ci) In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law And Decisions Held By The Contractor. The Term Ik Also Means A Reloading Station, If It Is Indicated In Annex No. 2 (The Contractors Offer). Waste Generated On Properties Where No Residents Live, But Municipal Waste Is Generated And Delivered To The Installation By Spółka Gmin Dolnej Odry Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Chojna (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party), For The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 2. If The Ordering Party Delivers Mixed Construction And Demolition Waste To The Engineer, In Particular With The Codes: 17 01 07 - Mixed Waste From Concrete, Brick Rubble, Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06; 17 09 04 - Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03; 17 01 82 - Other Waste Not Listed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That At Least The Following Materials Are Segregated From The Delivered Construction And Demolition Waste: Wood, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles, Ceramic Materials And Stones In Order To Ensure Suitability For Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery, Unless Segregation Is Not Technologically Possible Or The Lack Of Segregation Allows Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery. Upon Acceptance Of The Waste Referred To Above Into Ci, The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For Fulfilling The Obligation Referred To In Art. 101A Section 4 And 5 Of The Waste Act.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Segregate Waste, Manage Waste And Prepare Documentation Required By Law And The Provisions Of The Agreement.4. The Ordering Party Declares That It Provides Services To Entities Hereinafter Referred To As Customers And Concludes Contracts With Customers, Among Others: Contracts Pursuant To Art. 101A Section 3 Of The Waste Act, Under Which It Is Obliged To Ensure Segregation Of Waste. 5. Demolition And Construction Waste Collected From Customers Based On Contracts Concluded With Customers Pursuant To Art. 101A Section 3 Of The Waste Act, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor And The Contractor Undertakes To Segregate From The Delivered Construction And Demolition Waste At Least: Wood, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste, Inc
