Expression of Interest for Appointment of External/Statutory Auditor. Date Added: December 8, 2025 Deadline: 29/01/2026 Category: Audit/Accounting SCOPE OF WORK: The appointed firm will be responsible for: Conducting annual statutory audits of the financial statements of NFF. Reviewing internal controls and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Providing independent assurance on the financial reporting of the Federation. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Interested firms must submit the following documents: Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC). Evidence of registration and up-to-date renewal of registration with the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation (OAuGF). Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three years. Current PENCOM certificate. Current NSITF compliance certificate. Current ITF compliance certificate. Valid registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers (NDCCSP) by submission of valid Interim Registration Report (IRR) or valid certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement. Firms audited accounts for the last three years. Firms profile, including curriculum vitae of key personnel showing relevant experience. Evidence of similar audit assignments conducted in the last five years. A sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not: any officer of NFF is a former or present Partner, Shareholder or has pecuniary interest in your firm, Any Partner has been convicted of fraud, The firm is in receivership, bankrupt or insolvent. SUBMISSION OF EOI: Interested firms are to submit, in sealed envelope, a bound copy of duly paginated Expression of Interest (EOI) documents, arranged sequentially and separated by dividers to The General Secretary, Nigeria Football Federation, Package B, MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja on or before 12 noon January 29, 2026. Furthermore, envelopes should be clearly marked Appointment of External/Statutory Auditor at the top left corner and dropped in the Tender Box at the Procurement office on the ground floor. OPENING OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS The EOI documents will be opened immediately after the deadline of 12 noon on Thursday, January 29, 2026 in the conference room on the first floor, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Upon submission, applicants are required to sign the bid submission register provided at the Procurement office. NFF shall not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
