The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Overall Contract For The Pier Of The Property Managed By The Office Of The President Of The Republic, The Kultaranta Villa, Which Includes, According To The Attached Contract Program, The Demolition Of The Old Pier, Dredging Of The Pier Area As Necessary, And The Design, Construction And Delivery Of A New Concrete Pontoon Pier. It Is Possible To Start The Demolition Immediately After The Contract Is Signed. The Demolition Of The Old Pier, Dredging And The Delivery Of The New Concrete Pontoon Pier Must Be Completed By The End Of May 2026 At The Latest. The Language Of Procurement And The Working Language During The Contract Period Is Finnish.
