The Object Of The Procurement Is A Survey Of High-Rise Construction In The Central Area Of Rovaniemi Related To The Preparation Of Rovaniemis Strategic Master Plan 2050. The Acquisition Of The Survey Is Based On The Need Identified In The City Center Vision To Find Out More Precisely How High-Rise Construction Is Defined In Rovaniemi, Which Are The High-Rise Construction Zones Of The Central Urban Structure And How High-Rise Construction Should Be Controlled. This Procurement Is Carried Out As A Separate Tender, But It Is Related To The Same Preparation Of The Strategic Master Plan As The Other Two Reports To Be Tendered At The Same Time (Roidno-2025-5518 And Roidno-2025-5519).
