The Order Concerns The Supply To The Ministry Of Defense (Hereinafter: The Contracting Authority) Of Gift Cards For The Purpose Of An End-Of-Year Employee Benefit Of The Contracting Authority To Its Employees, Which Can Be Exchanged For Varied End-Of-Year Gifts Through A Selection Concept In An Online Store Of The Contractor. The Supplier Offers Various Optional Items Every Year Through An Online Store, With A Wide Choice Of Different Gifts In Different Product Groups And Price Ranges. In Addition, It Must Be Possible For The Employees Of The Contracting Authority To Exchange The Gift Cards For Gift Cards For Online Stores But Also For Spending In Physical Stores. An Individual Gift Card Represents A Fixed Value Of €50, Including Vat. The Value Of The Gift Cards Is Revised Every 3 Years, For The First Time In 2027. Following This Revision, The Spendable Amount Can Be Adjusted Up Or Down. Gift Cards And End-Of-Year Gifts Are Delivered By The Supplier To Defense Locations In The Netherlands And Munster (Dl) And Home Addresses In The Netherlands And The Border Regions Of Germany And Belgium.
