Toila Municipality Has Prepared An Architectural Project For The Construction Of The Voka Community Building, On The Basis Of Which It Has Ordered A Preliminary Design. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes Design Work, During Which A Basic Construction Project With Projects Of Special Parts Is Prepared Based On The Existing Documentation, And Construction Work For Its Realization. The Scope Of The Tender Also Includes The Partial Demolition Of The Existing Voka Folk House For The Construction Period And The Complete Demolition During The Completion Of The New Community Building. A More Detailed Technical Description Of The Procurement Is Provided In The Basic Documents Of The Procurement. The Procurer Will Include Funds From The Ida-Viru Úiglas Ülemineku Fund For The Implementation Of The Investment, And The Expected Duration Of The Procurement Contract Is 13 Months, During Which The Community Building Must Be Completed.
