Tenders Are Invited For Pretreatment Of Mixed Household Waste Generated On The Territory Of The Municipalities Of Yambol, Sliven, Nova Zagora, Tundzha And Straldzha

The Selection Of An Operator Under The Order Of The Zop Is Planned To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Specific Requirements Of The Regulations (Zuo, Regulation No. H-4 Of 2.06.2023 On The Conditions And Requirements That Must Be Met By Waste Storage Or Treatment Sites, For The Deployment Of Waste Treatment Facilities And For The Transportation Of Industrial And Hazardous Waste (Promulgation, Sg No. 52 Of 16.06.2023 D.) And Ordinance No. 6 Of 27.08.2013 On The Conditions And Requirements For The Construction And Operation Of Landfills And Other Facilities And Installations For The Recovery And Disposal Of Waste). The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Implementation Of The Objectives Of The Municipalities Under Article 31, Paragraph 1, Item 4 And Item 5 Of The Law On Environmental Protection, In Accordance With The Current Regulations The Estimated Amount Of Mixed Household Waste That Will Enter The Pre-Treatment/Separation Plant From The Five Municipalities On The Territory Of Yambol Region For 1 Year Is 96,007.00 Tons, And For The Contract Period - 5 Years - 480,035 Tons. The Implementation Of The Contract For The Public Procurement Will Be Financed With Funds From The Revenues From The Household Waste Tax Of The Municipalities Of Yambol, Sliven, Nova Zagora, Tundzha And Straldzha.
