The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Multi-Sensor Unit With Thermal Vision Camera, Including All Necessary Structures, Power Supplies, Communications, Integration To The Data Center And Training Of Personnel /Minimum 2 Employees Specified By The Contracting Authority To Work With The Technical Solution/, At The Sechen Kamak Location. - Technical And Warranty Support - Communication Connectivity - Card For Mobile Operators, Ensuring Data Transfer Of The Solution For A Period Of 2 Years; - Regular Prophylaxis Once A Year For A Period Of 2 Years (Or A Total Of 2 Prophylaxis). The Prevention Is Reflected In A Diary Of The Location And Must Be Accompanied By A Protocol For The Performed Prevention Activities; The Full Scope Of The Activities Subject To The Order Is Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Employer Reserves The Right To An Option To Supply Additional Quantities As Set Out Below. The Contracting Authority May Exercise Its Right To An Option For Additional Quantities, In The Event That Financing Is Secured, Within The Period Provided For Delivery Under The Main Contract, By Notifying The Contractor In Writing Of Its Desire To Exercise The Option For Additional Deliveries. The Option For Additional Quantities/Numbers Is Realized When The Parties Conclude An Additional Agreement To The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. ​​​
