This Public Contract Is Awarded In Connection With The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Activities Representing Current Repairs In The Sense Of The Zut For A Yard Area And A Buffet At The Su Gen. Vladimir Stoychev Sports School. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Ongoing Repair Of Courtyard Spaces And An Outdoor Buffet In The Courtyard Of The Gen. Vladimir Stoychev Sports School - Sofia, With The Aim Of Improving The Functional And Operational Characteristics Of The Building And The Adjacent Pavements, Ensuring A Safe Area For Eating And Passing, As Well As Ensuring Conditions For Normal Operation And Compliance With Current Regulatory Requirements. The Execution Covers The Repair Of Facade Sections, Roof Areas, Joinery And Interior Finishing Works In The Buffet Area, As Well As The Replacement And Restoration Of Pavements And Curbs In Front Of The Mens Block And The Canteen. For The Execution Of The Order, At The Moment, No Targeted Funding Has Been Provided. In This Regard And In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Will Be Considered To Be Awarded Under A Deferred Condition, Subject To The Provision Of Targeted Funding. In The Event That Such Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Concluded Between The Employer And The Contractor May Not Be Fulfilled. In This Case, Each Of The Parties May Terminate The Contract Unilaterally, Without Notice After The Expiration Of Three Months From Its Conclusion, And The Parties Do Not Owe Compensation For Damages Or Lost Benefits To Each Other.
