The Present Procedure Is For The Award Of A Public Contract With The Subject: Providing 24-Hour Armed Physical Security And Ensuring Access Regime At Sites Of Port Complex - Ruse Ead (Ruse Port Terminal - East). With The Award Of This Public Contract, The Designated Contractor Should Organize And Implement Armed Physical Security And Access Regime, Including Prevention Of Intrusion, Theft, Robbery, Damage And Removal Of Assets, Protection Against External And Internal Encroachments, Protection Of The Integrity And Inviolability Of The Buildings And Their Property, Facilities, Vehicles, Goods And Property Of Third Parties Located In The Respective Sites, As Well As Control Of The Traffic Regime In The Site. The Implementation Of The Activities For This Public Procurement Are Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1)
