Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Diesel Fuel For Heating The Buildings Of The Central Administration, The City Of Sofia And The Regional Directorates Of The Df Agriculture In The City Of Kardzhali And The City Of Haskovo

The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Positions. 1. With The Present Procedure, The Public Procurement Will Be Awarded Only Under Special Position No. 1: Delivery Of Diesel Fuel For Heating The Buildings Of The Central Administration, Sofia And The Regional Directorates Of The Df Agriculture In The City Of Kardzhali And The City Of Haskovo. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Diesel Fuel For Heating 0.001% S Euro 5 For The Needs Of The Buildings Of The Central Administration - The City Of Sofia And The Territorial Structures Of The Df Agriculture In The Cities Of Kardzhali And Haskovo, With An Estimated Amount Of 180,000 Liters, With A Possible Deviation Of Up To Plus/Minus 10%. Approximate Distribution By City: - The City Of Sofia - 110,000 L.; - Town Of Kardzhali - 25,000 L.; - Town Of Haskovo - 45,000 L. 2. Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Diesel Fuel For Heating The Buildings Of The Central Administration, Sofia And The Regional Directorates Of The Df Agriculture In The City Of Kardjali And The City Of Haskovo The Subject Of The Order Under Special Item No. 2 Includes The Supply Of Diesel Fuel For Heating 0.001% S Euro 5 For The Needs Of The Buildings Of The Central Administration - The City Of Sofia And The Territorial Structures Of The Df Agriculture In The Cities Of Kardzhali And Haskovo. 3. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Is In The Amount Of 49,999.00 (Forty Thousand Nine Hundred And Ninety-Nine) Bgn Excluding Vat And Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Ppa And Represents 9.09% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Respectively, Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Same. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Special Position No. 2 Is Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment.
