The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Preparation Of A Blue-Green Structural Plan For The City Of Rovaniemi As Part Of The Climate Safe Rovaniemi Project. This Procurement Is Carried Out As A Separate Tender, But It Is Related To The Same Preparation Of The Strategic Master Plan As The Other Two Reports To Be Tendered At The Same Time (Roidno-2025-5518 And Roidno-2025-5517). As A Result, The Procurements In Question Are Tendered As Procurements That Exceed The National Threshold Value. The Plan Forms An Overall Picture Of The Current State Of The Blue-Green Structure Of The Center Of Rovaniemi And The Surrounding Areas.
