The City Of Rauma Is Tendering The Contract For The Development Of The City Center. The Aim Of The Agreement Is To Increase The Comfort, Attractiveness And Projects Of Raumas City Center And Commercial Area By Promoting The Realization Of The Goals In Accordance With Raumas Strategy. The Contract Is Tendered For The Years 2026 - 2027 With An Option For One (1) Year (2028). Using The Option Is A Right Of The City Of Rauma, Not An Obligation. The Use Of The Option Will Be Decided Separately No Later Than One (1) Month Before The End Of The Contract Period. With The Contract For The Commercial Development Of The City Center, The City Of Rauma And The Selected Operator Agree On The Large-Scale And Year-Round Commercial Development Of The City Center And The Promotion Of The Vitality Of The City Center Area. With The Contract, The City Acquires An Event Service Related To The Attractiveness, Vibrancy And Commercial Development Of The City Center. The Selected Actor Will Produce An Action Plan That Includes The Year-Round Events To Be Implemented And A Plan Aimed At Their Communication And Marketing, As Well As A Participation Plan. Actions Must Be Based On An Action Plan. The Chosen Operator Promotes The Activity And Smooth Cooperation Of Various Operators And Companies In The City Center Area. The Goal Of The Measures Defined In The Agreement (Event Production, Marketing) Is To Promote The Accessibility And Commercial Appeal Of The City Center By Cooperating With Various Actors To Achieve The Goal Of A Vibrant City Center. Public Benefit Campaigns Are Planned And Implemented In Such A Way That They Increase The Attractiveness Of The City Center And Strengthen The Citys Image. The Center Development Agreement Creates The Financial And Operational Conditions For The Center Development Measures And Defines The Responsibilities And Obligations For The Operation. The City And The Selected Actor Agree To Cooperate For The Development Of The City Center By Contract.
