Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract For A Leasing Agreement On Electric Bicycles For Employees In Vennesla Municipality. The Agreement Must Be Cost-Effective, Easy To Administer And Contribute To Increased Use Of Bicycles. The Agreement Applies To An Offer To Employees In At Least 40% Of The Position. The Municipality Has Approx. 1,355 Employees, Of Which Around 971 Are In At Least 40% Of Their Positions And Thus Covered By The Scheme. The Agreement Will Be A Framework Agreement That Applies For 2 Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Agreement By 1+1 Years. The Maximum Duration Is 4 Years. The Leasing Scheme Must Be Based On The Following Assumptions: - Employees Can Lease E-Bikes With Salary Deductions Every Month. - Leasing Period Of 3 Years. - Each Employee Can Lease 1 Electric Bike At A Time. - Including Service After The First Year Of Leasing. - The Employee Is Responsible For Maintenance And Repair Beyond Initial Service. - The Employee Must Insure The Bicycle. - Guarantees And Complaints Are Handled Between Employees And Suppliers. - After The End Of The Leasing Period, The Employee Can Buy Out The Bike. - If The Employment Relationship Ends, The Municipality Deducts The Sum For The Remaining Leasing Period In The Final Settlement. - The Employee Has The Option Of Returning The Bike After The End Of The Leasing Period.
