Descriptionthe Assignment Includes Analyzes Of Water Samples Taken In Connection With Watercourse Calcification And Action-Oriented Acidification Monitoring In 37 Watercourses In The Counties Of Hedmark, Agder, Rogaland And Vestland, With Associated Logistics Related To The Dispatch Of Bottles And Sampling Plans As Well As The Return Of Samples. Overall, The Assignment Includes Approx. 5,000 Water Samples With Over 25,000 Analysis Results Per Year, From More Than 200 Sampling Locations/Stations. Reporting Of The Analysis Results And Annual Import To The National Water Environment Database Is Also Included. The Liming In Salmon Waterways Is Mainly Carried Out From Ph- And Water Flow-Controlled Lime Dosing Systems, And Water Chemistry Monitoring Forms The Foundation For Controlling The Effectiveness Of The Liming. The Water Samples Are Taken At A Network Of Sampling Stations (Water Locations) Upstream And Downstream Of Liming. The Sampling Is Carried Out By Municipalities And Local Volunteers, And Is Organized By The Customer. The Analysis Results Are To Be Used By The Norwegian Environment Agency In The National Measure Monitoring Of Calcified Salmon Waterways, In The River Monitoring Programme, And In The Classification Of The State Of The Environment According To The Water Regulations.
