Control Of The Performance Of Services By The Operator 4. Contractual Penalties, Among Others. For: Each Time The Vehicle Fails To Set Off On The Road; For Delay In Commencing The Performance Of The Contract Within The Period Specified For Each Day Of Delay; For Putting Into Service Vehicles With Parameters Other Than Those Specified In The Contract; Each Confirmation Of Sale Without Issuing A Ticket To The Passenger.
