Portable Surveillance Equipment With Thermal Imaging Without Cooling, As Follows: The Estimated Quantity That Will Be The Subject Of The Subsequent Contract: - Minimum 25 Cpl. And Maximum 175 Cpl. The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Will Be 6,617,647.75 Lei Without Vat. The Revision Clause Regarding The Replacement Of The Offered Products With The Latest Generation Products: The Contracting Authority States That It Will Use The Revision Clause For The Delivery Of The Latest Generation Products In The Situation Where The Manufacturer Of The Initially Offered Products Has Declared The Initially Offered Products As End-Of-Sale/End-Of-Life/End-Of-Support During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. When Applying The Review Clause, The Value Of The Contract Will Not Change, And The Replacement Proposals Will Be Analyzed By The Contracting Authority So That The Technical Specifications Of The Newly Proposed Products Are Equivalent Or Superior To The Technical Specifications Of The Products Originally Offered. The Delivery Term Within Which Will Be Included All The Activities Provided In Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications – The Calendar Of Activities Is 240 Days From The Date Of Signing The Subsequent Contract By Both Parties.
