Budziwój, Under Which The Contractor Will Perform: 1) Concept Of Land Development For The School And Kindergarten Complex With The Possibility Of Implementing The Investment Task In Two Stages: I Stage - Construction Of A New School With A Gymnasium And A Shelter Along With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Including The Internal Road Stage Ii - Reconstruction Of The Current School Facility With Adaptation Into A Kindergarten And A Playground Dedicated To The Kindergarten, Including In Its Development The Entire Area Dedicated To Investment With The Necessary Infrastructure And Land Development (Including: Internal Road With A Pedestrian And Driveway, Parking Lots, Sports Fields, Playgrounds) - Basic Order 2) Architectural And Construction Concept Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development For The Construction Of A Primary School With A Gymnasium And A Shelter, Which Is The First Stage Of The Investment, Along With Visualizations - Basic Order 3) Complete Multi-Sector Design Documentation Covering The First Stage Of The Investment - The Construction Of A School With A Shelter And Landscaping As Well As The Construction Of An Internal Road, For Which The Ordering Party Will Obtain A Construction Permit With A Finality Clause - Basic Order, As Well As: 4) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Including All Changes To The Technical Design That Occurred During The Execution Of The Works And After The Completion Of The Works, All Activities Assigned To Designers When Obtaining The Occupancy Permit - Contract Covered By Law Options Size/Scope The School Facility Is Dedicated To 670 Students Of The Primary School Together With The Staff Employed To Operate The Facility, Including Teachers, Management, Administrative, Social, Cleaning And Technical Staff, Nutrition Team, Etc. The Construction Of The Facility Should Include Teaching And Sports Rooms, A Nutrition Team, Necessary Technical And Utility Rooms, With The Necessary Minimum Areas Established In Accordance With The Law, In Accordance With The Requirements And Needs Of The User Given In The Detailed Description Of Needs And Requirements. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes A Category S-Ii Shelter For Approximately 900 People.
