Mail Delivery Services – Distribution Of Newspapers And Communication Documents From The City Of Reims And The Greater Reims Urban Community. This Is A Framework Agreement Concluded In Application Of Articles R.2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Set At €1,000,000 Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Framework Agreement. It Includes A Part Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders And A Part Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts: - Part By Purchase Orders (Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Order Code), For All The Services Defined In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). - Part Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts, Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-7 To R. 2162-9 Of The Public Procurement Code, For Broadcasting Services Not Defined In The Bpu And/Or Outside The Perimeter Of The Greater Reims Urban Community. It Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator.
