Miscellaneous Computer Equipment – Procurement Of Computers Through Operational Leasing - Repeated Procedure. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement Of It Equipment (Computers, Laptops And Monitors) Through Operational Leasing In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Other Required Conditions Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Client Exclusively Technologically New And Unused Equipment. The Technical Conditions And Guarantees That Must Be Met By The Equipment Are Specified In Appendix 2 Of This Procurement Documentation. Type Of Operating Leasing: Operating Leasing With Residual Value, Without Guarantee. The Rest Of The Value Is Determined By The Bidder As A Percentage Of The Total Offered Purchase Value, Excluding Vat, For The Subject Of Procurement According To The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Procurement In Appendix 2 Of This Procurement Documentation. Term For Which Operational Leasing Is Requested: 60 Months. The Application Of The Bidders General Business Conditions Is Excluded. Bidders Are Obliged To State The Purchase Price Of The Equipment Without Vat And Without Deduction For The Rest Of The Value In The Cost Sheet - Appendix 3. The Offered Purchase Price, Without Vat, Minus The Rest Of The Value, Forms The Basis For The Formation Of The Operational Leasing Price. During The Leasing Period, Users Bear The Costs Related To The Risks Of Failure Or Damage To The Equipment Only After Signing The Handover Minutes. The Customer Will Insure The Equipment Leased Against The Risk Of Breakage With An Extended Warranty (All Risk) For The Entire Duration Of The Lease. The Offeror Is Obliged To Submit A Special Specification Of The Monthly Leasing Repayment Plan (Repayment Plan) With The Offer.
