The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Provide Air Tickets For Air Transportation Of Passengers And Luggage During Business Trips In The Country And Abroad For The Members Of The National Center For Polar Studies, Traveling At The Expense Of The Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski And Carrying Out Antarctic Activities In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Service Includes Providing Air Travel And Appropriate Connections Between Them For Foreign Trips To Distant Destinations Mainly, But Not Only In South America, North America, Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan, Etc., As Well As Cargo Transportation.
