The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Public Service Of Passenger Bicycle Transport Enabling The Collection And Return Of A Bicycle In Any Place Where There Is An Available Bicycle, In Particular At A Bicycle Station, 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week During The Period Of Operation Of The System, I.E. No Later Than 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than April 1, 2026 To October 31, 2026, From April 1 To October 31, 2027 From April 1 To October 31, 2028 And From April 1 To October 31, 2029, Covering The Organization, Ongoing Management And Operation Of Bicycles, Collecting Fees For The Use Of A City Bike And The Maintenance And Operation Of All Devices Related To The Operation Of The Biker System During The Term Of The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Which Is The Draft Contract, And Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
