Warranty And Warranty Conditions: 1) The Required Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months. 2) The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is 2 Years. 3. Order Completion Deadline: 1) Commencement Date Of The Contract: On The Day Of Signing The Contract. 2) Stage I - Deadline For Completing The Construction Design Along With Obtaining The Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Apply For A Building Permit: 5 Months From Signing The Contract. 3) Stage Ii - Deadline For Preparing The Remaining Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including The Detailed Design, Along With Obtaining Arrangements And Decisions On The Building Permit And Developing A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Ordering Construction Works: 8 Months From Signing The Contract. 4) Stage Iii - Date Of Commencement Of Participation In The Stage Of Conducting The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor For Construction Works: On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation At The Kopi Meeting. 5) Stage Iii - Deadline For Completing Participation At The Stage Of Conducting The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor Of Construction Works: Until The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor For The Performance Of Construction Works Or On The Date Of Expiry Of The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Agreement. 6) Stage Iv - Date Of Commencement Of Authors Supervision: On The Day Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor For The Performance Of Construction Works. 7) Stage Iv - Date Of Completion Of Authors Supervision: Until The Completion Of Construction Works (I.E. Until The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works) And Handing Over The Facility For Operation To The Manager And Administrator. 8) Date Of Completion Of The Agreement: On The Day Of Signing The Last Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works And Handing Over For Use. 9) In The Event Of An Extension Of The Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Authors Supervision Is Extended (Stage Iv) Without Changing The Remuneration (Planned Date Of Completion Of The Investment Task - 2029). 4.
