An Immanent Part Of This Contract Is The Method And Mechanism Of Construction Refinancing Chosen By The Public Contracting Authority, Which Is Recognized By The Relevant Legislation In The Area Of ​​Rental Housing - Refinancing Of The Entire Building And Purchase After Its Successful Approval. It Is Required That The Construction Work Be Carried Out By The Successful Bidder At His Own Expense. At This Point, The Contracting Authority Informs The Bidders That It Is A Repeat Tender, As The Previous Tender Was Canceled Due To The Low Number Of Bids And Insufficient Competition. The Contracting Authority Responded By Modifying The Terms And Conditions (See The Terms And Conditions In This Public Tender), Mainly In The Form Of Enabling Refinancing Of The Building By Establishing It In Favor Of The Financing Institution.
