With The Exception Of The Following Services: - Creation Of New Water And Sanitation Connections Covered By The Management And Another Framework Agreement Linked To New Constructions - Works Relating To The Operation Of The Network: Repair Of Leaks, Recovery Or Rehabilitation Of Network Falling Within This Scope
