1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Cleaning Products And Hygiene Accessories For Units Operated As Part Of Joint Service By The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz, Hereinafter Referred To As Units. 2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Assortment And Price Form According To Annex No. 5A To Swz. 3) All Parameters Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Assortment And Price Form Are Minimum Parameters. The Contractor May Propose A Product With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz.4) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Determination Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials, Products With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As Those Described In The Swz Equivalence Of The Solutions Used.
