The Subject Of The Order Is: Management Of The Housing Resources Of The City Of Tarnobrzeg Is: Organizing And Performing Works Related To The Management Of Real Estate Resources, In Accordance With The Principles Arising From Legal Provisions In Relation To The Following Properties: 1) Residential Buildings That Are The Exclusive Property Of The City Of Tarnobrzeg (100% Municipal); 2) Residential Premises Of The City Of Tarnobrzeg In The Buildings Of Housing Communities And Housing Cooperatives. This Scope Will Not Include Tasks Related To The Management Of Common Parts In Real Estate Of Housing Communities Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of June 24, 1994 On The Ownership Of Premises (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1048);3) Buildings, Commercial Premises And Garages Owned By The City Of Tarnobrzeg And The State Treasury; 4) Commercial Premises In Commercial Communities; 5) Green Areas Near Municipal Buildings. The Scope Of Management Of Municipal Resources Of The City Of Tarnobrzeg Includes, Among Others: 1) Performing Technical Emergency Services; 2) Troubleshooting And Carrying Out Necessary Safety Work On Existing Installations And Technical Devices; 3) Taking All Necessary Actions To Stop The Direct Consequences Of The Failure And Remove Them; 4) Activities Involving Current Repairs Necessary To Maintain The Building And Its Surroundings In Proper Technical Condition; 5) Eliminating The Causes And Effects Of Damage Causing Destruction Of The Facility Or Its Elements And Devices; 6) Ensuring Proper Economic And Financial Management Of The Property; 7) Ensuring Safety Of Use, Proper Operation Of The Property And Technical Service; 8) Current Administration Of The Property, As Well As Activities Aimed At Maintaining The Property In A Non-Deteriorated Condition, In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Municipal Resources Include: 1) Residential Buildings Owned By The City Of Tarnobrzeg: Area 8,185.88 M²; 2) Residential Premises In Buildings Of Housing Communities: Area 9,316.83 M²; 3) Buildings And Commercial Premises Owned By The City Of Tarnobrzeg And The State Treasury: Area: 23,677.47 M²;4) Commercial Premises In Shared Properties: Area: 4,624.96 M²;5) Green Areas: Area: 26,880.37 M².
