1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Infrastructure For The Needs Of Providing Social Services In The Kraśnik Mof Area. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Adaptation Of Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Implementation Of Social Services In The Kraśnik Mof, Co-Financed Under Measure 7.7 Infrastructure Of Services And Social Integration Under Integrated Territorial Investments (Project Type 1 A-E, 2) Of Priority Vii Better Accessibility To Social And Health Services Of The European Funds For Lublin 2021-2027 Program.3. The Subject Of The Order Concerns In Particular The Expansion And Renovation Of Some Rooms In The Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Kraśnik (Hereinafter Referred To As Mops). Above The Building Is Located On A Plot With Registration Number 151, Północ District, City Of Kraśnik, Ul. Szpitalna 1A, 23-204 Kraśnik.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Extension Of The Existing Building With An External Elevator, 3) Reconstruction Of The Existing Building In The Scope Of: A) Separation Of Communication To The Designed Elevator At The Expense Of The Existing Storage Room (Ground Floor) And Archives (First Floor), B) Making Holes In The Gable Wall In Place Of The Planned Elevator Stops, 4) Renovation And Adaptation Of Some Rooms Of The Mops Building For The Needs Of Social Services, 5) Renovation And Adaptation Of The Staircase And The Corridor To The Needs People With Special Needs,6) Construction Of A Driveway For People With Special Needs,7) Construction Of External Stairs To The Existing Dining Room,8) Securing The Conflicting Section Of The Sanitary Sewage System.5. The Order Will Be Implemented At An Active Facility - The Functioning Municipal Social Welfare Center. Construction Works Require Special Caution In Carrying Out The Work, In Particular The Use Of Appropriate Safeguards And Shields To Enable The Operation Of The Facility And To Keep The Work Area In Good Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way As Not To Disturb The Operation Of The Facility And To Ensure The Safety Of Third Parties. During The Period Of Execution Of The Order In An Active Facility, Safe Access To The Building And Continuity Of Utility Supplies Must Be Ensured. Any Necessary Utility Shutdowns Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Mops Manager. Noisy And Disruptive Works Should Be Carried Out After Prior Consultation With The Mops Manager. You Should Take Into Account The Need To Perform Particularly Strenuous Work In The Afternoon And Evening Hours And On Days Off From The Mops Operating Days.6.
