The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Design-Build Task Entitled: Construction Of A Municipal Road With A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On The Section From The Intersection Of Provincial Road Dw No. 372 With Długa Street In Mirków From The Intersection With Leśna Street In Domaszczyn Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit And/Or No Objection To Use And/Or No Objection To Report The Completion Of Works (If The Regulations Require It), In Particular According To The Following Scope: 1) Preparation Of One Design Documentation, To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task Referred To In Section 1 In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Taking Into Account Two Stages Of Construction Works: A) The Stage Of Documentation Regarding The Road For Bicycles And Pedestrians To The Extent Consistent With The Co-Financing Conditions And Meeting The Requirements Specified In Art. 54 And Art. 57 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Law, To The Extent Necessary To Report The Completion Of Construction Or Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility (Hereinafter, Stage I), B) The Stage Of Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of All Other Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract That Meets The Requirements Specified In Art. 54 And Art. 57 Of The Construction Law, To The Extent Necessary To Notify The Completion Of Construction Or Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility (Hereinafter Referred To As Stage Ii); 2) Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions For Each Stage Separately Or Jointly (E.G. Zrid, Pnb) Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation Or Certificates Of No Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works, If Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Is Not Required With A Finality Clause Or Having Immediate Enforceability, And, If Necessary, Also: Final Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development Or Final Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Based On A Separate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party To A Person Indicated By The Contractor, 3) The Contractor Should Obtain The Above-Mentioned. Decisions Divided Into Stages Or Jointly In Such A Way That Each Stage Could Constitute An Independent Building Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Art. 3 Point 2 And Made It Possible To Independently Obtain An Occupancy Permit Or Report The Completion Of Construction.
