1. Providing Services In The Field Of Repairs And Troubleshooting Of Telecommunications And Electrical Installations In Building Properties And Areas That Are 100% Owned By The Capital City. Warsaw And Managed By Zgn In The Bielany District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw For The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 Or Until The Funds Are Exhausted: Objective 1: Services In The Field Of Maintenance, Repairs And Troubleshooting Of The Cctv Installation, Access Control System And Intercom System Installed In Residential Buildings At Ul. J. Conrada 3A And 3B, Wrzeciono 30, Nocznickiego 13A, Szegedyńska 13A In Warsaw Managed By Zgn In The Bielany District Of The Capital City. Warsaw, Together With The Emergency Service Repairing Failures Of The Above-Mentioned Systems After The Offices Opening Hours, As Well As Maintenance, Repairs And Troubleshooting Of The Access Control And Intercom Systems Installed In A Residential Building At Ul. Przybyszewskiego 28 And The Intercom System At Ul. Pęcicka 23 And Rudzka 12/14, Together With An Emergency Service That Repairs Failures Of The Above-Mentioned Systems After The Offices Opening Hours. Objective 2: Services In The Field Of Maintenance, Repairs And Troubleshooting Of Cctv Installations, Access Control System, Barriers Installed In The Building Of Zgns Own Headquarters In The Bielany District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Ul. Grębałowska 23/25 - Together With An Emergency Service Repairing Failures Of The Above-Mentioned Systems After The Offices Opening Hours. Objective 3: Services In The Scope Of Maintenance, Repairs And Troubleshooting Of Barrier Installations And Garage Doors Installed In Buildings Managed By Zgn In The Bielany District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Ul. Conrada 3F, Wrzeciono 41, And At Ul. Nocznickiego 13A, Along With An Emergency Service That Repairs Failures Of The Above-Mentioned Systems After Office Hours.
