1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Nitrogen Mineral Fertilizer For Iung Pib In Puławy, Rzd Wielichowo.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.4. The Offered Fertilizers Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of July 10, 2007 On Fertilizers And Fertilization (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 105, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, In Particular Regarding The Conditions And Procedure For Marketing Agents Supporting Plant Cultivation And Quality Requirements.5. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have The Approvals, Permits Or Certificates Provided For By Law And Include: 1) Appropriate Marking In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions; 2) Packaging Ensuring Proper Protection Against Damage During Transport And In Accordance With The Carriers Requirements. In Case Of Negligence, All Resulting Costs Will Be Charged To The Contractor.6. Fertilizers Should Come From Current Production And Have A Minimum Shelf Life Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.7. The Packages Of Supplied Fertilizers Must Have Labels With Product Parameters And Expiration Dates. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Size, Scope, Type And Quantity Of Supplies Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Form).
