The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Funeral Services For Deceased Persons For Whom The Social Welfare Center Is Obliged To Arrange A Funeral, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 17, Section 1, Point 15 And Art. 44 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), Art. 10 Section 3 Of The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 576, As Amended) And Resolution No. Lx/1840/2009 Of The Council Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of August 27, 2009 On The Principles Of Performing Funerals And Reimbursement Of Funeral Costs, Carried Out By M. St. Warsaw (Journal Of Laws Of The Maz. Voivodeship No. 143, Item 4339), As Amended By Resolution No. Lxxv/2498/2023 Of The Council Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of January 12, 2023 (Journal Of Laws Of The Maz. Voivodeship Of 2023, Item 731).2. A Funeral Should Respect The Dignity Of Persons And Their Families, In Accordance With The Adopted Norms And Customs In This Regard And In Accordance With The Provisions Specified In The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead And The Implementing Provisions Thereof.3. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is The Provision Of Funeral Services, And The Resulting Impossibility Of Accurately Estimating The Number Of Burials, The Ordering Party Sets Their Number At 46 (45 Traditional Burials And 1 Traditional Burial Of People Who Died Of Infectious Diseases Or A Disease Caused By The Sars-Cov-2 Virus).4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Fulfill The Order By A Maximum Of 20%. The Execution Of The Order Depends On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect
