1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Photovoltaics Teaching Station Along With The Necessary Equipment Necessary To Launch The Station And Conduct The Research Process.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Equipment Offered.3. Additional Information: - A Description Of The Equipment Offered Should Be Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex 5 To The Swz (I.E. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers), Because Specifying The Services That Will Be Provided If The Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous One Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. However, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which The Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party - On A Meets/Does Not Meet Basis, But Also Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer, Type And Model Of The Offered Equipment In Order To Clearly Identify It And/Or Specify The Values ​​Of Technical Parameters Or Features Of The Offered Devices. Therefore, Any Failure To Submit The Description Of The Offered Equipment On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Failure To Complete Or Incorrectly Complete The Description Of The Offered Equipment, Making It Impossible For The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Device, Or The Inability To Determine Whether The Offered Devices Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Referred To In The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Will Result In Absolute Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2 Letter C) And/Or Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - However, These Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which The Contractors Should Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Meets/Does Not Meet (Without The Need To Specify The Information), Do Not Constitute The Content Of The Offer, But Constitute A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Therefore, If The Original Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Meets/Does Not Meet Items Turns Out To Be Incomplete Or Inaccurate, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Description Of The Offered Equipment, But In The Part Covering Only The Meets/Does Not Meet Items Which Were Incorrectly Completed By The Contractor On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Were Not Completed At All.
