A. The Subject Of The Order Is Successive Collection And Management Of Hazardous Waste From The Premises Of Pszok And The Master Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. Installation.1. The Method Of Waste Management Must Be Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Or Disposal Processes. 2. The Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Total Weight Of Waste Shown In Annex 1 To This Contract.3. Hazardous Waste Will Be Collected From The Premises Of Pszok (Indicated In The Swz) And Master Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense. 4. Waste Collection From Pszok And Master Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. Will Take Place According To The Schedule Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Waste On The Dates Specified Each Time By The Ordering Party, Within 2 Business Days Of Submitting This Order To The Contractor. Loading Of Waste Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Will Send An Electronic Notification To The E-Mail Address Containing: Time Of Vehicle Arrival, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, Name And Surname Of The Driver Along With The Bdo Number Of The Transporter. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Specified Period, The Waste Will Not Be Released And The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties.6. Waste Collected From Pszoks Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Scales, Located At The Ordering Partys Plant. The Contractor Will Each Time Be Obliged To Transport The Waste Collected From Pszok To The Ordering Partys Plant Located In Tychy At Ul. Local 11 To Weigh Them. Weighing Will Be Confirmed By The Wz Document And The Confirmation Of Issuing The Kpo Generated In The Bdo Register. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Weighing System And The Bdo Register. At The End Of Each Month, The Contractor Will Confirm The Amounts Of Waste Collected For Management Based On The Collective List Of Waste Collected In A Given Month From Pszoks And The Master Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. Installation Issued By The Ordering Party. Within 14 Days From The End Of Each Month. 7. Confirmation Of The Issuance Of Waste Transfer Cards And Waste Transfer Cards Will Be Issued In The Bdo Register In The Form Permitted By The Legislator.8. Each Collection Of Waste, In Accordance With The Rules For Keeping Waste Records In The Bdo Register Specified In The Provisions Of The Waste Act, Must Be Immediately Confirmed In The Bdo Register By The Contractor And The Entity Transporting The Waste.9. At The Time Of Transfer Of Waste By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For The Collected Waste, For Its Proper Handling And For The Resulting Consequences. 10.
