1. The Subject Of The Order Are Printing Services And Advertising Services Related To The Publication Of The Municipal Monthly Sąsiadka-Czyt, Published By The Municipal Office In Tarnów Podgórne. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 2.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined In The Common Dictionary Of Public Procurement With The Symbols: 79 82 40 00-6, 79 82 20 00-2.3. The Contractor Must Indicate In Its Offer Which Elements Of The Order It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors. 4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 – Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Items 1040, 1043 And 1495).
