A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Including: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Information From The Ordering Party, Which Has Priority Over The Documents Indicated Below; B) Design Documentation;C) Stwiorb;D) Expert Opinion;E) Audit;F) Report On The Periodic Annual Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Gymnasium;G) Bills Of Quantities;H) Pfu - Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs;I) Pfu - Photovoltaic Installation. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Warranty Period Depends On The Contractor And Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.5. Any Indication In The Procurement Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services - Is Not Intended To Violate Art. 16 Of The Public Procurement Law. And Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, But In Particular Serves To Implement Art. 17 Section 1 Point 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Descriptions Included In The Swz Are Intended To Specify The Quality, Technological, Performance And Functional Expectations Of The Ordering Party. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 And Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order With A Specific Description Contained In The Procurement Documents Or An Equivalent Description.
