The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence Of The Residents Of Mops Wągrowiec All Day Long On Weekends (Saturday, Sunday), Public Holidays/Holidays, And In The Afternoon And Evening From Monday To Friday.2. Care Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are To Be Provided At The Place Of Residence, I.E. In The City Of Wągrowiec, Pursuant To Art. 50 And 50A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) For Clients, I.E. Charges Of Mops In Wągrowiec, In Accordance With The Scope Established In The Administrative Decision Granting The Benefit.3. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Will Depend On The Type Of Services, The Number Of Clients And Their Needs And May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. The Estimated Number Of People Who Will Use These Services In A Given Week Will Be 6 People From Monday To Friday, And 10 People On Saturday/Sunday/Holidays.4. Residents Of Mops In Wągrowiec Are Provided With These Services From Monday To Friday From: In The Afternoon, On Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays 3 Times A Day, Mostly People Lying Down6. The Estimated (Maximum) Number Of Hours Of Services Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period Will Be 3,900 Hours, I.E. On Average Approx. 325 Hours Per Month. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Chapter 4 Of The Swz And The Contract Template.
