Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of The Document Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, Together With Carrying Out The Necessary Analyzes And Research, As Well As The Preparation Of Other Strategic And Planning Documents Necessary To Achieve The Stated Goal (In The Contract), I.E. The Possibility Of Developing Cooperation In The Field Of Shared Public Transport As Part Of The Polish-German Transeuro+ Project, Between The Partners: The City Of Zgorzelec, The City Of Gӧrlitz And The Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz Niederschleisen Gmbh (Von Gmbh) Bautzen. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes Analysis, Development Of Concepts And Strategic And Planning Documents (Divided Into Individual Stages Of Work), Separated In Accordance With The Table Below: 1) Bus Filling And Ticket Structure Studies; 2) Car Traffic Studies (Cordon And Screen) And Bicycle Traffic; 3) Study Of Ticket Prices In Public Transport, In Relation To Purchasing Power (-Potential) In Poland (With Particular Emphasis On The Region); 4) Identification Of Existing Conditions Transport (Regulations) In Zgorzelec And The Surrounding Communes Of The Zgorzelec Poviat;5) Identification Of Existing Passenger Information Systems In The Surrounding Communes Of The Zgorzelec Poviat And In Some Communes Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship;6) Comparative Analysis Of The Costs Of Organizing Public Transport In Zgorzelec Against The Background Of Other Urban Centers With Similar Potential In Poland;7) Inventory Of The Road Infrastructure Of The Zgorzelec Municipality (Including, Among Others, Paths Bicycles, Stops);8) Traffic Model (W0) With The Division Of Vehicle Types As In The Comprehensive Traffic Study + Bicycles;9) Concept Of The Development Of Bicycle Routes In The Municipality Of Zgorzelec;10) Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan;11) Plan For The Sustainable Development Of Public Transport For The Municipality Of Zgorzelec - Transport Plan;12) Development Of The Target Layout Of The Bus Stop Network In The City, Consistent With Sumi;13) Implementation Timetable – Consistent With Sumi.3. As Part Of The Joint Polish-German Transeuro+ Project, Project Partners, I.E. The City Of Zgorzelec, The City Of Görlitz And Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz Niederschlesien Gmbh (Von Gmbh) Bautzen, Plan To Develop Cooperation In The Field Of Shared Public Transport. First Of All, A Joint, Cross-Border Sustainable Transport Plan For The Europe-City Of Zgorzelec/Görlitz Is Planned To Be Implemented. The Development Of Such A Document Is Necessary To Create Assumptions For Organizing Public Transport Services. To Prepare Such A Complex Strategic Document, Detailed Analyzes Will Be Necessary Based On Data Obtained In Both Cities Regarding Passengers, Vehicle Traffic And Road Infrastructure.
