The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintaining Cleanliness And Order At Facilities Managed By The Municipality Of Włocławek - Municipal Road And Greenery Administration In Włocławek, Including: A) External Area Of ​​The Transfer Center (Transfer Node) - Ul. Okrzei With An Area Of ​​Approx. 1.52 Ha, Of Which Approx. 2,000.00 M2 Of Area Intended For Wet Cleaning In The Case Of Visible Dirt, Such As Bird Droppings, B) Underground Passage With Stairs (4 Pcs. - Entrances) With An Area Of ​​1,299.85 M2, C) Passenger Lifts (2 Pcs.) - Ul. Okrzei,D) Passenger Lifts (4 Pcs.) – Ul. Toruńska At The Pedestrian Footbridges. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed According To The Following Schedule: A) Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The External Area Of ​​The Transfer Junction, The Underground Tunnel With The Stairs Leading To It And 2 Passenger Lifts, Located At Ul. Okrzei Will Take Place 7 Days A Week At The Following Times: - Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 11:00 A.M. And From 4:00 P.M. To 8:00 P.M., - On Saturday And Sunday From 8:00 A.M. To 10:00 A.M. And From 5:00 P.M. To 7:00 P.M.; B) Washing 2 Passenger Lifts Located At Ul. Okrzei Will Take Place 3 Times A Week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 11:00 A.M.; C) Washing Of 4 Passenger Lifts Located At Ul. Toruńska Will Take Place Once A Week On Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 11:00 A.M.; D) Comprehensive Washing Of The Passage (Tunnel) Of The Underground Transfer Hub (Floor) Along Its Entire Length Along With The Stairs Leading To It Twice During The Term Of The Contract And On Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party (After The Winter Season And In The Summer Period). The Minimum Interval Between The Provision Of Services Is 5 Months, Unless The Ordering Party Specifies Otherwise. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Time Frames For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Utilities On Its Own, Including: Water And Electricity For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: Swz, Opz, Principles Of Due Diligence, Applicable Standards, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Health And Safety Principles. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Responsibilities And The Method Of Execution Of This Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz Together With A Preview Map Showing The Location Of The Facilities Covered By The Subject Order (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).
