The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Delivery (Sale) And Provision Of Distribution Services Of High-Methane Natural Gas Fuel With A Combustion Heat Of Not Less Than 34 Mj/M3 And A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa.2. Gas Is Supplied For The Needs Of The Operation Of Buildings, Premises And Utility Facilities Located In Racibórz, Administered By Public Finance Sector Entities And Local Government Legal Entities From The City Of Racibórz - In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel That Can Be Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Is: 2,008,274 Kwh In Total. The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel Indicated By The Ordering Party May Differ From The Actual Consumption And Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. The Projected Consumption Of Gaseous Fuel Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gaseous Fuel In The Given Quantity, Provided That The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Order Quantity For Gas Supplies At 80% And The Maximum At 120% Of The Volume Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gaseous Fuel. Gas Consumption Is An Element Used Only To Determine The Value Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Bear The Costs For Quantities Consistent With The Meter Readings.4. For The Purposes Of Comparing Offers, The Ordering Party Requires Prices To Be Provided Without Excise Tax. When Signing The Detailed Comprehensive Agreement For The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel, The Gas Recipient Will Complete A Declaration (Appendix No. 6 To The Detailed Comprehensive Agreement For The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel) Based On Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Potentially Charge Excise Tax.5. Settlement For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Based On Invoices Issued Monthly. The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of Transmitting The Meter Reading Every Month. The Payer Of The Invoices Will Be The Recipient Listed In The Comprehensive Agreement For A Given Gas Collection Point. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Receiving Preliminary Invoices. Payment Deadline For Invoices For Deliveries - 30 Days From The Date Of Invoice Issuance.5. Information Regarding The Current Agreement:1) The Current Supplier Of Gas Fuel Is: Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Sp. Z. O. O., Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa.2) The Applicable Contracts Are Contracts Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2025.3) Gas Fuel Is Supplied Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator - Psg, Zabrze Branch.6. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure And Effectively Start The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Termination Of Existing Comprehensive
