Tenders Are Invited For Providing Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders For The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Kcynia.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services Tailored To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability For People With Mental Disorders. Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Person To Whom The Services Have Been Granted, At Hours Agreed Jointly By The Therapist And The User Or By The Legal Guardian On All Working Days From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. And In Exceptional Situations On Days Off From Work, I.E. On Saturdays And Sundays. A Therapeutic Hour Is 60 Minutes. 1. Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, In Particular: A) Developing The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating People To Be Active, Undergoing Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training, And Providing Support, Also In The Form Of Assisting In Everyday Life Activities; B) Intervention And Assistance In Family Life; C) Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters; D) Support And Assistance In Obtaining Employment; E) Assistance In Managing Money; 2. Care - Supporting The Treatment Process, Including: A) Assistance In Access To Health Services; B) Arranging And Monitoring The Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests; C) Assistance In Purchasing Or Ordering Medications At The Pharmacy; D) Monitoring The Intake Of Medications And Monitoring Possible Side Effects Of Their Use; E) In Particularly Justified Cases, Changing Dressings, Assistance In The Use Of Medical Aids And Materials, Orthopedic Items, And In Maintaining Hygiene; F) Assistance In Reaching Health Care Facilities; G) Assistance In Reaching Rehabilitation Facilities; 3. Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Impaired Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2561, As Amended): A) In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or A Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy, B) Cooperation With Specialists In The Field Of Support Psychological, Pedagogical, Educational And Therapeutic Aimed At Multilateral Activation Of The Person Using Specialist Services; 4. Housing Assistance, Including: A) Assistance In Obtaining An Apartment, Negotiating And Paying Fees B) Assistance In Organizing Minor Renovations 5. Providing People With Mental Disorders With Access To Rehabilitation And Revalidation And Educational Classes, In Exceptional Cases, If It Is Not Possible To Obtain Access To The Classes Referred To In Art. 7 Of The Act Of August 19, 1994.
