The Edmonton Police Service (Eps) Is Seeking A Turnkey Smart Locker Solution To Improve Member Access To Uniforms And Operational Supplies While Reducing Warehouse Visits And Enabling Secure, Auditable, After Hours Pick Up. The Initial Rollout Is Planned Across Six Patrol Divisions And The Westwood Warehouse, With 24/7 Authorized Access.The Eps Is Seeking To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Contractor For Implementation And Support Of A Smart Locker System For The Edmonton Police Service (Eps). This Competitive Procurement Is Intended To Support Operational Efficiency, Secure Distribution, And Modernization Of Uniform And Equipment Delivery Processes.The Initial Term Of The Contract Will Be For 1 Year. In Its Sole Discretion, The City May, One Or More Times, Extend This Contract On The Same Terms And Conditions For Multiple Terms And Lengths Up To A Maximum Contract Length Not To Exceed 10 Years
