The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Specialized Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Yambol, In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification Of This Public Procurement. In View Of The Subject Of The Procurement And The Application Of The Principles Of Free Competition, Equality And Non-Discrimination, The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Ten Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 Delivery Of One Number Of Used Lorries - Vishka Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of New Equipment For Utility Machines Separate Item No. 3 Delivery Of Second-Hand Utility Machinery And Equipment Separate Item No. 4 Delivery Of One Mobile Motor Shredder For Branches And Plant Waste Separate Item No. 5 Supply Of A Remote-Controlled, Tracked, Multi-Purpose Machine For Working On Steep Terrain Separate Item No. 6 Delivery Of A Dump Truck With A Hydraulic Crane Separate Item No. 7 Delivery Of Additional Equipment For Utility Machines Owned By The Municipality Of Yambol Separate Item No. 8 Delivery Of Two Vacuum Leaf Collectors Separate Item No. 9 Dump Truck Delivery Separate Position No. 10 Delivery Of A Professional Mower For The Maintenance Of Road Banquettes And Green Areas The Delivery Of Separate Items Nos. 7, 8, 9 And 10 Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Their Respective Individual Values On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. The Estimated Value Of Separate Items No. 7, 8, 9 And 10 Is Bgn 113,500 Without Vat, And Their Total Value Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In Connection With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract Under Separate Positions And Nos. 7, 8, 9 And 10 On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
