It Is Planned To Award The Implementation Of Construction Supervision Activities During The Implementation Of The Smr Category Of The Construction: According To The Requirements Of Zut And The Capacity Of The School, The Object Is I Group, Iii Category. The Service Covers: Implementation Of Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Smr, Which Are Performed By The Builder Of The Relevant Object, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction, Regulated In Art. 166, Art. 168, Art. 176A Zut. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015.
