In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of The Smr Of A Site: Construction Of An Installation For The Utilization Of Separately Collected Green And Biodegradable Waste On The Territory Of The Provadia Wastewater Treatment Plant For The Municipalities - Provadia Dolni Chiflik, Dulgopol And Avren. ​​​​​​​The Public Contract Is Awarded Jointly By The Municipality Of Dolni Chiflik, The Municipality Of Provadia, The Municipality Of Dulgopol And The Municipality Of Avren, In Fulfillment Of Art. 6, Item 1 Of The Partnership Agreement Dated 14.03.2025 For The Preparation And Implementation Of The Project Construction Of An Installation For The Utilization Of Separately Collected Green And Biodegradable Waste On The Territory Of The Provadia Wwtp For The Municipalities - Provadia, Dolni Chiflik, Dulgopol And Avren, Under Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-2.003 Measures For Construction, Expansion And/Or Upgrading Of Municipal/Regional Systems For Separate Collection And Recycling Of Biodegradable Waste Under Priority 2 Waste Of The Program Environment 2021-2027. The Present Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 104, Para. 3 Of The Zop (The So-Called Reverse Order Of Consideration - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Offers Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection, As The Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out According To The Order Of Article 61 Of The Ppzop). Funding Is Provided Pursuant To Administrative Contract No. Bg16ffpr002-2.003-0013-C01 Dated 30.05.2025 For The Provision Of Grant-In-Aid Under The Environment Program 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund And The Cohesion Fund Of The European Union Under A Procedure Through Direct Provision To A Specific Beneficiary Bg16ffpr002-2.003 Measures For Construction, Expansion And/Or Upgrading Of Municipal/Regional Systems For Separate Collection And Recycling Of Biodegradable Waste. The Scope Of The Award In This Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And By-Laws; Activity 2. Implementation Of Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Technical Project, While Complying With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, And Regulations Currently In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of This Nature. Activity 3. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut.
