The Current Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Winter Maintenance Of A Fourth-Class Road Network, Which Includes The Following Types Of Work: Snow Removal, Sandblasting And Leaching, Mechanized Excavation For Cleaning Road Trenches /Ditches/, Transportation Of Earth Masses, Mechanized Cleaning Of Bushes, Shaping Tree Crowns; Cold Patching Of Road Pavements With Bitumen Emulsion And Fraction Under Pressure And All Related Costs, Treatment Of Cracks And Joints In The Pavement With A Width Of More Than 5 Mm - By Machine, By Means Of An Injection Device, Under Pressure With Asphalt Paste, Based On Polymer-Modified Bitumen. The Road Network, Which Is The Subject Of The Public Procurement And Will Be Maintained In Winter Conditions, Has A Total Length Of 33,500 Km. The Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Starts From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
