The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Supply Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Plo, Of The Types Of Parts, Materials And Supporting Elements Specified In The Technical Specification, According To A Prior Written Request By The Contracting Party, In Quantities And Type According To His Needs And With Technical Characteristics/Parameters Detailed In The Table Of The Technical Specification. The Order Will Be Carried Out By Purchase, Upon Prior Written Request By The Contracting Party, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months. The Spare Parts, Materials And Supporting Elements Included In The Scope Of This Procedure Are Necessary To Maintain The Technical Condition Of The Overhead Contact Network - Property Of The Contractor. The Contractor Implements The Procedure For Awarding This Public Procurement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 In The Above Art. 186 Of The Zop - Collection Of Bids With Advertisement.
