Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Office Materials For The Needs Of Umbal Kanev Ad, Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodic Delivery, Upon Prior Request, Of Office Materials For The Needs Of Umbal Kanev Ad. The Types, Characteristics And Quantities Of Stationery Are Described In Detail In Appendix No. 2 - Technical Specification And The Instructions. On The Basis Of Art. 12 Of The Zop, Art. 80 Of The Ppzop, In Connection With Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers On Determining A List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, The Order Has Been Reserved, As It Falls Into A List Of Goods And Services According To The General Terminology Dictionary, Which Are Intended To Be Awarded To Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Businesses Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged People. On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, When Awarding The Public Contract, Persons May Participate, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their List Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position. In These Cases, The Participants Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Public Procurement Procedure. These Circumstances Are Indicated In The Specific Section In The Eedop. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities May Participate In The Public Procurement If They Meet The Condition Provided For In Art. 12, Para. 6 Of The Zop - To Be Able To Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of The Subject Of The Order With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Offers May Be Submitted By Other Interested Parties, But They Will Be Considered Only If There Are No Accepted Offers From Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities That Meet The Conditions Stipulated By Law.
