These Tender Conditions Concern The Conclusion Of A Turnkey Contract For The Construction Of The Fuglestien Public Housing Development For Glostrup Boligselskab. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With §§ 61-66 Of The Tender Act. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Award The Task On The Basis Of The Initial Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Bidders After The Negotiation Round If The Ordering Party Finds That The Bidding Partys Offer Will Not Realistically Be Awarded The Contract. This May, For Example, Be Justified By The Fact That The Offered Price Cannot Be Accommodated In The Target Price Model, And/Or That The Initial Offer Does Not Qualitatively Rate As An Overall Grade Higher Than 5 On The Point Scale Described In Point 11.2. Bidders Who Are Reduced From The Process After Negotiation And Before Submission Of The Final Bid Will Receive An Evaluation, Just As These Bidders Will Be Notified Of The Outcome Of The Bidding Process In Connection With The Award. Applicants Must Complete An Espd With The Information That Appears In The Tender Documents. The Espd Is Preliminary Proof That The Applicant Meets The Requirements For Suitability And Is Not Covered By The Grounds For Exclusion Applicable To The Tender. All Participants In A Possible Consortium/Association Or Similar Must Each Hand In A Completed Espd Document. The Espd Document Must Be Completed Electronically Via The Contracting Authoritys Tendering Platform Selection Of Applicants: If More Than 4 Applicants Meet The Contracting Authoritys Requirements For Suitability, The Contracting Authority Selects The 4 Best Applicants. When Assessing This, Emphasis Will Be Placed On: • Experience With Similar Tasks, Including General Construction With Different Resident Groups • Experience With Projects Where An Architectural Consultant Transitions From Client To General Contractor. • Experience With Horizontal Apartment Partitions • Experience With Construction Erected With Prefabrication During The Selection, The Client Will Carry Out An Overall Assessment Of The General Contractors Own References As Well As The Engineering Consultants References. Other References Will Be Given Less Weight In The Assessment.
